Order Status

Taking a more sustainable approach we are a made-to-order brand. Hence, all products will be shipped 1-3 days after placing your order unless otherwise stated or emailed to you.

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email or Whatsapp you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Duration

Westernwear:

We take 1-3 days to make your order as we follow the made-to-order model. After which, standard delivery will take 2-7 business days, depending on the delivery address.

Express delivery is available at an extra cost which ensures delivery within 3-5 days. 

For next-day deliveries in Delhi/NCR, please email us at hello@layrrd.com. Please note there will be an additional charge for this service.

Indian-wear:

Our standard delivery timeline is 7–10 working days for pieces with minimal embroidery. For styles featuring more intricate or heavy embroidery, delivery may take up to 3 weeks. We recommend referring to the product description on each item’s page for specific delivery timelines and details.

Express delivery is available at an extra cost, we request you to contact us on +91 8750231510 for express shipping. 

Custom and Duties Taxes 

If you purchase from outside of India, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all Layrrd Inc. orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.
